Personal items, no returns accepted unless defective product.

In order for you to have the best watch, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the watch and carefully inspect it before delivery. When you receive the watch, please be sure to carefully inspect the watch to make sure it is in good condition. If you find any quality problems caused by non-artificial factors such as breakage, please take good photos, do not use it, and contact us at Wangzewei606@gmail.com within 14 days. It has been confirmed that the product has a quality problem. We will return or exchange another watch.

Our customer service representative will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by replacing the original item or providing a refund. It will be charged a 50% restocking fee. We cannot refund if you have used the watch.

Damages & Warranty

We do not provide refunds for any other reasons except if the product is damaged when it arrives.

However, if you receive a defective product, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is important to include as many details as possible, including any images and videos, in which case please send an email to Wangzewei606@gmail.com. Then we can work to resolve the problem. Therefore, after receiving the watch, you must carefully check it before using it. This is very important.

If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not entitled to return or exchange. You must use common sense and take good care of the item to avoid damaging the product.

We appreciate any feedback as it helps us work with the manufacturer to avoid repeating these issues in the future.

Order Change Or Cancellations

Order processing usually starts within 12 hours after receiving your order, so make sure your order is correct before clicking the submit button. If we have already started processing your order and you still want to cancel it, we will charge you a 20% cancellation fee. If we have already made your watch and you insist on canceling the order, we will charge a 50% fee. In another case, if we have not only made your watch, but also shipped it, then the order will not be cancelled, please understand.

Undeliverable Orders

Please provide your shipping information carefully. The information you provide is how your shipping label will be printed. If the order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge a 50% processing fee and will not refund the shipping fee.
